WEDDING EDITORIAL: { FIEL } NEGROS ORIENTAL

--
Hello, dear readers! Our sincerest apologies if it took so long to blog this. We already blogged the prenup set before (you can check it our HERE). As mentioned in our prernup blog, the three of us - me, Marlon of Helium Hearts, and Gizelle of Cuckoo Cloud Concepts - started discussing a possible activity early 2019 aimed at giving up-and-coming & even seasoned photographers in the Vis-Min areas a chance to shoot a styled editorial during off-peak months. It's not going to be a full-blown photography workshop (no classroom sessions), but shooting tips will be given during the two-day shoot. The group decided on the name, Fiel, which is Spanish for 'faithful or 'loyal', with emphasis on being focused on being loyal to someone, to one's craft, or to an ideal.

Last September 16 to 17, 2019, suppliers and participants came together in Dumaguete City for the first-ever edition of this series. To be honest, the city was chosen because of its very laid-back environs and awe-inspiring locations. We couldn't have chosen a better place for this first activity.

In this post, we are featuring the wedding segment of the editorial. We just l-o-v-e all the details prepared for this shoot! Plus that cliff location in a secluded private property in Zamboanguita, Negros Oriental (about an hour and a half from Dumaguete) was just dreamy and perfect. The experience of doing this was totally unforgettable, and doing it with friends made work feel like not working at all! We were supposed to do it again this year in Bohol, but the pandemic happened. Sigh. Maybe in 2022 when things are better? Anyway, we hope you guys get inspired by this set as much as we enjoyed working on it. ^_^

This editorial was featured on The Wedding Notebook. Don't forget to watch the video below by MW Studios. Thank you! ^_^
