2010 was a banner year for us at Vatel Manila. We made our debut in a major wedding magazine, made it to the top five wedding suppliers of the year as voted by members of a major wedding website, and our weddings started getting featured in Bridal Book.ph, the best online wedding resource site in the Philippines. Not only do they feature weddings that are oh-so oozing with love, they also feature them for the details that made their weddings oh-so special.

Richmond & Yeye: Yeye and Richmond had a pretty wedding in Tagaytay. Vintage-inspired decor, such as wooden frames and handcrafted paper details, complemented the rustic ambiance of the venue.
Allan & Joed: Joed and Allan channeled their edgy personalities through eclectic decor that come in refreshing hues. Spikes, skulls, and oversized jewels were tastefully incorporated into the couple's wedding details.
Elbert & Lorra: Creative couple Lorra and Elbert showcased their fascination for arts and crafts through their lovely wedding held in Makati. Personalized details, such as the invites and favors, reflected the couple's flair for modern art.
Dean & Michelle: Michelle and Dean's whirlwind romance started in Sydney, but they traveled to the Philippines--Michelle's home country--for their wedding. Cool pastel hues, which were evident in various wedding details, complemented the chic theme of the gathering.
Joven & Tet: Tet and Joven channeled their artsy personalities in their wedding at St. John Bosco Parish in Makati. The modern gathering featured details inspired by Lewis Carroll's classic novel, Alice in Wonderland.
Jep & Sarah: Sarah and Jep's big day celebration was held at The Mango Farm's rustic grounds. The garden affair was laced with cheery details in yellow and aqua.
Don & Kristine:College sweethearts Kristine and Don tied the knot in a lovely garden wedding at The Mango Farm in Antipolo. The tropical-inspired affair featured modern and classic inspirations in white, black, gray, and lime.
Jon & Patti: Model and TV personality, Patti Grandidge, married DJ boyfriend, Jon Herrera, in a lovely beach wedding in Boracay. The romantic affair featured elegant details in the lavender, yellow, and white.
Glen & Micar: Micar and Glen celebrated their love by tying the knot at Chapel on the Hill in Batangas. The romantic affair, which was a reminiscent of the couple's high school days, featured school-related details such as notebooks, pencils, and books.
Paolo & Sam: Gary Valenciano's eldest son and Salamin vocalist, Paolo Valenciano, and longtime girlfriend Sam Godinez, tied the knot in an intimate Christian ceremony at Manila Polo Club. The romantic gathering was laced with glamorous details in soft pastel colors.
Kiko & Cricket: Adorable couple Cricket and Kiko tied the knot in an intimate ceremony at Santuario de San Antonio in Makati. Lovely details in fuchsia pink and electric blue set a romantic air at the festive gathering attended by the couple's closest friends and family.
Alexis & Apple: Apple and Alexis exchanged vows at San Agustin Church in Intramuros, Manila. The Victorian-inspired affair featured glamorous details in the wedding's motif. Details in pink and champagne gold complimented the romantic air of the occasion.
Morris & Julie: Morris' flash mob proposal to Julie at University of Santo Tomas was among highlights of the couple's long-distance relationship. The quirky couple tied the knot in an intimate ceremony held in Tagaytay. Their friends and family, some of whom were part of the mob, took a long drive to witness Julie and Morris exchange vows.
Christian & Amanda: Amanda and Christian's Art Nouveau-themed wedding featured eclectic decor. Colorful stained glasses, classic sculptures, and an elegant mansion in Bohol created an air of luxury and sophistication. Every detail spoke of the couple's life, love, and sweet forever.
Coco & Jazel>:Prime couturier, Jazel Sy, and groom, Coco, had an intimate city wedding which was attended by their closest friends and family. Glamorous gowns and suits designed by the bride were worn by the entourage, making for a stylish wedding.
Patrick & Patty: Patty Laurel and Patrick Filart were surrounded by their closest family and friends when they tied the knot at Hacienda Isabella. The couple's carefree celebration reminded guests of what the event really was all about: love. "It was very laidback, light and easy with lots of personal details," says the bride of their wedding."
Nark & Kel: Kel and Nark had a fall-themed wedding, which they laced with details inspired by the '50s. A warm color palette featuring red, orange, and yellow made the affair an inviting one.
Anna & John: Anna and John's country-style prenuptial shoot features rustic romance. It portrays the quiet life of a domestic couple settled in a peaceful and humble meadow, far away from the busy streets of the city. Not only did the the vast terrain of Sierra Madre Resort in Tanay, Rizal prove to be a suitable venue for such theme, but its facilities--such as the hanging bridge and wooden décor--accentuated the overall country feel of the shoot. The couple shares that they didn't really have a definite theme in mind for their engagement session. Photographer J Lucas Reyes, the groom's brother, knows the couple very well, so it was easy for him to conceptualize a story that fits their personality. In turn, Anna and John appeared as relaxed as can be, giving the photographs a natural feel.
John & Anna: Anna and John had a laid-back wedding, which they filled with DIY details. Dainty pastel colors gave a dreamy flair to their celebration.
Warren & Anne: Anne and Warren's big day was marked with a warm ambiance and classic sensibilities. A chic plum and turquoise color palette coupled with charming DIY details laced the couple's affair.
Alvin & Sweet: Sweet and Alvin wanted to veer away from the traditional wedding, and so they fused hippie and carnival-inspired elements for a unique affair. Details in pastel colors made their celebration exude dreaminess.
Chilley & Anna: Anna and Paolo personalized their wedding by incorporating a travel theme to their detailed, but simple decorations. For their palette, they chose blue and silver for a truly classic feel.
Peejay & Dei: Dei and Peejay wanted a laid-back celebration, and they got exactly what they wanted. With the help of family and friends, the couple pulled off an intimate coffee-themed celebration filled with DIY projects.
Abu & Rashi: Rashi and Abu marked their big day with a heartwarming Muslim wedding ceremony followed by civil wedding rites. The modern and personalized touches gave the couple's affair a charmingly unique character.
Niño & Marie: Marie and Nino had a very unusual wedding by deciding to find alternatives to fresh cut flowers. With ingenuity, the couple's celebration turned out to be a unique and memorable affair.
Carlo & Chie: Chie and Carlo had a simple and solemn wedding, which they planned from abroad. The couple's summer-themed celebration featured sunflowers incorporated into various wedding details.
Kelly & Jhoan: Jhoan and Kelly's wedding featured dreamy details in different shades of violet. Their intimate destination wedding, attended by their closest family and friends, was one warm and memorable affair.
Paul & Winnie: Winnie and Paul had a timeless affair with details in gray and deep red. Their wedding featured a mix of classic and modern elements that made the celebration exude elegance.
Mark & Krissy: Krissy and Mark envisioned their wedding as a fun and carefree affair, and so they chose their favorite movie, Up, as inspiration. Their celebration--which featured a blue, yellow, and gray palette and lots of DIY projects--matched exactly what they had imagined.
Israel & Lara: Lara and Israel's wedding was the picture of simple elegance. With charming hues of yellow, blue, and gray, the couple allowed their outdoor celebration to exude warmth.
Ian & Johann: Hann and Ian made their seventh anniversary as a couple even more special by tying the knot. The wedding featured a number of handcrafted elements in pink and gray, which made their simple outdoor celebration quite remarkable.
Jerald & Ruth: Childhood sweethearts, Ruth and Jerald, tied the knot with a fun-filled celebration that was perfect for the kids at heart. A bold black-and-yellow color motif gave their affair an air of modern elegance.

Alex & Xyn: Xyn and Alex had a destination wedding in Tagaytay, and they celebrated their affair with details that were both chic and practical. With this, the couple's wedding exhibited warmth, charm, and whimsy.
Joseph & Patricia: Patricia and Joseph tied the knot with a modern New York-themed wedding that boasted of chic details and a cosmopolitan flair.
Leo & Ja: Overseas-based couple Ja and Leo made sure that their big day was everything they dreamed of, and they got what they wished for by being hands-on with the planning and by establishing good relationships with their suppliers. With these, their country vintage, travel-inspired affair turned out to be chic, warm, and charming.
Paul & Kat: Kat and Paul planned their affair from abroad, but that didn't stop them from achieving their dream wedding. By taking on DIY projects, the couple put a stamp on their peacock-themed celebration.
